Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed within 7 working days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and (where applicable) tracking information.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.
Packaging
A0, A1 and A2 artwork is rolled and shipped in a protective cardboard tube to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.
A3 artwork is shipped in a hardbacked C3 envelope to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.
All artworks are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper for added protection
UK Mainland Shipping
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent services.
Delivery options:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on service and destination.
Free UK shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if enabled in your shop).
International Shipping
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or a tracked courier service depending on destination.
Estimated delivery times:
International shipping rates vary by region and are shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UK Orders)
International customers may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and clearance charges once the parcel reaches their country.
These costs are not included in item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our control.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, transit delays are out of our control, but we will always assist if something goes wrong.
Undeliverable / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping fees may apply.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the packaging and item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
